TASFUED Registration and Clearance Guide 2025/2026
The Admissions Office of Tai Solarin Federal University of Education, known as TASFUED, has shared the approved registration and clearance steps for students admitted for the 2025/2026 session.
These steps guide UTME and Direct Entry candidates through the documents they need for a smooth start at the university. The list below reflects the items students must present during the clearance stage.
Registration and Clearance Documents
Core Requirements
- Clearance Certificate in original form with the signature and stamp of the Head of Department.
- JAMB Admission Letter issued for TASFUED (original institution copy).
- JAMB Admission Letter for OND, NCE, HND or similar records used for Direct Entry.
- TASFUED Admission Consideration Letter in original form.
- 2025/2026 UTME or Direct Entry Application Form in original bio-data format.
- Receipt for the application form fee of two thousand naira.
- JAMB result slip for UTME or JAMB acknowledgement form for Direct Entry in original form.
- Acceptance fee receipt in stamped photocopy form.
- School fee receipt in stamped photocopy form.
- Registration fee receipt in stamped photocopy form.
- Verified copy of all O-level results.
- Transition letter with score for Pre-Degree or JUPEB from TASFUED in stamped photocopy form, where needed.
- Notification of results for OND, NCE, HND, IJMB, ANBC, ANTC or JUPEB obtained from 2022 upward for Direct Entry use.
- Certificates for higher qualifications for Direct Entry from 2021 downward.
- Transition receipt for JUPEB or Pre-Degree, where needed.
- NCE or OND results for Direct Entry.
- Transcript of NCE or OND for Direct Entry.
- Evidence of name change or marriage certificate, where needed.
- Medical fitness certificate in original form from the TASFUED Clinic.
- Birth certificate or sworn age declaration in photocopy form.
- Confirmed 2025 Ogun State electronic tax clearance certificate. Students must use the tax office in Ijebu-Ode or Odogbolu and avoid middlemen.
- Reference letter from a Public or Civil Servant not below Grade Level 12 or equivalent in original form.
- Acceptance form in original form.
- Matriculation Oath record.
- Testimonial from the secondary school attended.
- Certificate of Origin from the student’s Local Government Area.
- Orientation certificate.
Notes on Direct Entry Candidates
Direct Entry students must pay close attention to items related to higher qualifications, transcripts, and accepted years of completion. Only approved records will be accepted during clearance.
