Taraba State University Christmas Break Dates 2025 to 2026

Taraba State University, often called TSU, has shared the approved dates for the Christmas break for staff and students.

The decision follows approval given by the Senate during its 74th Regular Session held on 18 December 2025. The break runs from 18 December 2025 to 12 January 2026. The Vice-Chancellor, speaking for the Senate, confirmed these dates for the Christmas break period.

During this time, lectures and official duties will pause. Students are expected to leave campus and return after the holiday. Staff also observe the break as approved.

Normal academic and administrative work resumes on Monday, 12 January 2026. Students should plan travel and personal plans with this date in mind, so there are no delays. Some may still rush, but resumption is clear.

The university management sent warm wishes to staff and students, hoping for a happy Christmas and a prosperous New Year celebration.
