UNICAL Extends 2025/2026 Admission Exercise

The University of Calabar (UNICAL) has announced the extension of its 2025/2026 admission exercise, following a directive from the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB). The new deadline for the exercise is 17 November 2025.

Qualified candidates who scored 150 and above in the 2025 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) are invited to apply for admission into specific programmes still open at UNICAL.

Available Programmes at UNICAL

Applicants may forward their admission requests to the following faculties and departments:

1. Faculty of Agriculture
2. Faculty of Education
3. Department of Religious and Cultural Studies
4. Department of Modern Languages and Translation Studies
5. Department of Mathematics
6. Department of Statistics

Only these listed programmes are available for admission at this stage. Other departments remain closed for the current session.
