The application is done online through the student portal only. There is no paper form.

- Students in Gbajabiamila
- Students in Women Society hostel
- Students in other hostels in the same category around campus
The Student Affairs Division has the list of students who live in these hostels. Any student from these halls who tries to take part in the hostel balloting exercise, in spite of this clear rule, will be referred to the Students’ Disciplinary Board for social misconduct.
