How to Get Your UNILORIN Postgraduate Transcript – Easy Guide

The University of Ilorin (UNILORIN) Postgraduate Academic Transcript/Verification/English Proficiency Applications process is now simplified. This guide will help you understand the steps required to successfully apply for these services.

Application Process

Step 1: Payment

• Academic Transcript: Pay N10,000.00 online via REMITA. Fees may change.
• Verification: Pay N7,000.00, divided as follows:
  • N5,000.00 to the University of Ilorin via REMITA.
  • N2,000.00 to PGS Account Number: 1100023347 at Unilorin Microfinance Bank.
• English Proficiency: Pay N5,000.00 to PGS Account Number: 1100023347 at Unilorin Microfinance Bank.

Step 2: Complete and Submit Application Form

Fill out the transcript application form.

Step 3: Attach Required Documents

Submit the following documents with the application form:

• Payment receipt from REMITA.
• Payment receipt from Microfinance Bank.
• Photocopy of the applicant’s certificate.
• Evidence of payment to the chosen courier agent.

Step 4: Delivery Options

• Official Academic Transcript: Sent online to an official email or via courier/NIPOST to an official address.
• Student Copy: Can be collected by hand, a courier agent, an authorised person, or sent to a valid email address.

Note: Personal emails are not allowed for official transcripts, verification, or English proficiency applications.

Step 5: Letter of Authority

If an authorised person is collecting the documents, they must provide a letter of authority and a photocopy of identification.
