Application Process
Step 1: Payment
- Academic Transcript: Pay N10,000.00 online via REMITA (https://login.remita.net/remita/onepage/2757205950/service.spa). Fees may change.
- Verification: Pay N7,000.00, divided as follows:
- N5,000.00 to the University of Ilorin via REMITA.
- N2,000.00 to PGS Account Number: 1100023347 at Unilorin Microfinance Bank.
- English Proficiency: Pay N5,000.00 to PGS Account Number: 1100023347 at Unilorin Microfinance Bank.
Step 2: Complete and Submit Application Form
Fill out the transcript application form (https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSetCIFtMjXAAke8L-sDeeos3iTDrSX2yDUWhcaKPhjk17S6KQ/formResponse).
Step 3: Attach Required Documents
Submit the following documents with the application form:
- Payment receipt from REMITA.
- Payment receipt from Microfinance Bank.
- Photocopy of the applicant’s certificate.
- Evidence of payment to the chosen courier agent.
Step 4: Delivery Options
- Official Academic Transcript: Sent online to an official email or via courier/NIPOST to an official address.
- Student Copy: Can be collected by hand, a courier agent, an authorised person, or sent to a valid email address.
Note: Personal emails are not allowed for official transcripts, verification, or English proficiency applications.
Step 5: Letter of Authority
If an authorised person is collecting the documents, they must provide a letter of authority and a photocopy of identification.
