UNIZIK Clearance & Registration Schedule 2025/2026

Nnamdi Azikiwe University (UNIZIK), Awka, has announced the commencement of physical and online clearance and registration for newly admitted students for the 2025/2026 academic session. The exercise will begin on Tuesday, 21st October 2025, and will follow a faculty-based schedule to ensure a smooth process for all candidates.

New students are expected to complete their admission acceptance through the UNIZIK Onboarding Portal before proceeding for clearance and registration.

The schedule for the physical and online clearance exercise is organised according to faculties and alphabetically by students’ surnames.

Clearance Guidelines for New UNIZIK Students

All newly admitted candidates must first accept their admission offer on the UNIZIK Onboarding Portal and print their admission slip before attending the clearance exercise. After successful clearance, students can proceed to pay their school fees and complete their departmental registration.

Adherence to the official schedule is strongly advised, as the university will not attend to students outside their designated day.
