SCHTO admission form 2025/2026 academic session

Spring Up College of Health Science and Technology (SCHTO) has started selling the admission application form for the 2025/2026 academic session. The form is meant for candidates who meet the entry rules listed in this notice.

Applicants are expected to get the form online through the college admission portal. It’s simple, but students should still read the requirements first, so they don’t fill it wrong.

1. No JAMB requirement
2. Awaiting O’Level result is accepted
3. Two-sitting O’Level results are accepted
