Akwa Ibom State Schools of Nursing Admission Form 2023/2024

The Ministry of Health has announced the commencement of registration for candidates seeking admission into Akwa Ibom State Schools of Nursing for the 2023 (1st Stream). Registration Venue:

Candidates can register ONLY at the Nursing Services Directorate, Ministry of Health Headquarters, Idongesit Nkanga Secretariat, Uyo.

Qualification Requirements:

To qualify for admission, candidates must possess WASSCE, GCE, NECO or NABTEB certificates with credits in English Language, Chemistry, Physics, Biology and Mathematics in no more than two sittings.

1. Three recent color passport photographs
2. Original and two photocopies of each educational certificate (FSLC, WASSCE, GCE or NECO)
3. Birth Certificate or Age Declaration
4. Certificate of Local Government of Origin
5. Change of Name documents (if applicable)

Entrance Examination:

The entrance examination for candidates seeking admission into Akwa Ibom State Schools of Nursing is scheduled for Saturday, 20th May 2023.
