The Federal Polytechnic Damaturu Resumption Date

The management of the Federal Polytechnic, Damaturu (FEDPODAM), Yobe State, has announced the dates for the resumption of academic activities for the remainder of the 2019/2020 academic session and commencement of the 2020/2021 academic session.

Following the suspension of industrial action by the Academic Staff Union of Polytechnics (ASUP), we are pleased to inform you that the concluding part of academic activities for 2019/2020 has resumed effective June 15th, 2021.

You are further to note that the New Academic Session, 2020/2021 will commence on August 16th, 2021 and registration of new students is in progress.
