Forms are available at the admission office and sales began on Monday, 24th March 2025. Just walk in, pay, fill and submit. Simple.

Who Can Apply?
To be eligible, you need:
- At least five O'Level credits
- Must include English, Maths, Biology, Chemistry and Physics
- Results must come from no more than two sittings
How To Apply
- Go to the LCHST Admission Office
- Pay the ₦6,000 form fee
- Collect the form, fill it out correctly
- Return it to the same office after completing it
