Who Can Apply for AAPOLY HND Admission?

AAPOLY expects each candidate to meet the stated entry conditions before applying.

A candidate must have five O’level credits in one sitting or six O’level credits in two sittings, with the subjects related to the chosen HND course. The applicant must also have completed an ND programme with the required grade and work experience.

How to Apply for AAPOLY HND Admission Form

The application has two main stages.

First, the candidate should complete the NBTE registration. After that, the school application form should be filled through the AAPOLY admission portal.

Step 1: Register on the NBTE Portal

The candidate should visit the NBTE HND registration page and sign up.

This step comes before the school application.

Step 2: Complete the AAPOLY Application Form

After the NBTE registration, the candidate should continue on the school portal.

  1. Visit the AAPOLY admission portal.
  2. Pick HND Full-Time or HND Part-Time.
  3. Click Apply Now under an open application.
  4. Enter correct details and a working email address.
  5. Check the email inbox and spam folder for the Applicant ID and Password.
  6. Return to the portal and log in with those details.
  7. Pay the required fee.
  8. Fill the rest of the form with care.
  9. Submit the application.
  10. Print the Application Form and Exam Slip.

The exam slip will show the exam date, so the candidate should keep it safe.

A candidate should read through the form before final submission.

Names, course choice, study mode, email address, ND details, O’level records, and IT information should match the documents the candidate has. A simple error may delay the process, especially where the portal details do not agree with the records.
