College of Nursing Obudu HND Admission Form 2026/2027

Cross River State College of Nursing Sciences, Obudu has announced admission for the award of Higher National Diploma in Public Health, Nursing and Midwifery for the 2026/2027 academic session.

The College listed the candidates who can apply for the 2026 Direct Entry admission.

First choice requirement

Candidates must select the College as first choice on the 2026 JAMB Direct Entry form.

Accepted qualifications

Candidates must have obtained either RN, RM or ND from NBTE or NMCN accredited schools.

Minimum CGPA required

ND and RM candidates must have a minimum CGPA of 2.5.

How to apply for the Cross River State College of Nursing Sciences Obudu HND form

Applicants are to visit the Cross River State College of Nursing Sciences Obudu portal to obtain the Direct Entry screening form.

Steps for application

1. Select the College as first choice on JAMB.
2. Log in to the College website.
3. Click on “Admissions” on the pop up menu.
4. Select either “Direct Entry Public Health Nursing” or “Direct Entry Midwifery Screening Form 2026”.
5. Make a payment of N25,000 to the designated account.
6. Print the payment receipt and download the application form.
7. Fill the admission application form correctly.
8. Attach the payment receipt.

Transcript submission

Applicants are required to send a soft copy of the transcript with their name as the “subject” to crscnsobudu@consob.edu.ng

That email step is part of the application process, and it should be done as stated by the College.

Verification and file opening

Applicants are expected to come with both documents for verification and file opening at the College Admission Office a day before the Post-UTME screening date.

That instruction is direct and time-bound; candidates need to keep it in view before screening.
