EBSU Course Registration Deadline For 2025/2026 1st Semester

Ebonyi State University, EBSU, has reopened its online course registration portal for the 2025/2026 First Semester.

The notice covers fresh and continuing students who sat for the First Semester examinations without completing the mandatory online course registration.

EBSU Course Registration Window

EBSU has given affected students a new period to complete their online course registration.

The registration dates are:

• Opening date: Wednesday, 22 April 2026
• Closing date: Friday, 15 May 2026

Students should complete the process before the portal shuts down. The window is short; delay may cost a student the semester record.

EBSU Warning To Unregistered Students

The university has stated clear penalties for students who fail to register within the stated period.

Unauthorised Withdrawal

Any student who does not register during this window will be treated as having taken an unauthorised withdrawal for the semester.

Null And Void Results

Examinations written without proper course registration are null and void under current university rules.

This means affected results will not stand.

Course Carry-Over

Affected students will have to re-register the same courses during the 2026/2027 First Semester.

Portal Closing Time

The EBSU course registration portal will close strictly at 11:59 pm on Friday, 15 May 2026.

No back-end registration will be permitted after the portal closes.
