Fidei Poly Post UTME/DE Form for 2026/2027 ND & HND Admission

Fidei Polytechnic, Gboko, has invited qualified candidates to apply for admission into its ND and HND programmes for the 2026/2027 academic session.

The Fidei Polytechnic Post UTME/Direct Entry Form is open to UTME candidates, Direct Entry candidates, and HND applicants who meet the stated entry rules. Candidates who scored 100 and above in the recent UTME and wish to study at the polytechnic should visit any CBT centre and change their First Choice school to Fidei Polytechnic, Gboko, on the JAMB portal, where needed.

Candidates who sat for UTME and still await their SSCE results can also make the same change if they wish to study at Fidei Polytechnic.

Admission Requirements for UTME Candidates

UTME candidates must have five credit passes in relevant O’level subjects, including English Language and Mathematics, at not more than two sittings.

They must also have sat for the 2026 UTME and scored 100 and above.

Direct Entry and HND Admission Requirements

Direct Entry programmes run for two years.

Candidates applying for DE must first meet the UTME requirements stated above. They must also have a National Diploma or National Innovative Diploma certificate with at least Lower Credit from an accredited school in a related field, plus one year of cognate experience or Industrial Training.

Candidates with Pass at ND or NID level, with CGPA from 2.0 to 2.49, can also apply if they have two or more years of cognate experience in a related field.

How to Submit Direct Entry Forms

Completed Direct Entry forms must be submitted personally at the Fidei Polytechnic campus.

The Admission Officer will capture each candidate’s details for upload to the NBTE HND Admission Portal. Applicants should go with the required documents, since the submission has to be done at the campus.

Required documents include:

• Two photocopies of the admission form purchase receipt
• Two photocopies of all relevant academic qualifications, such as GCE O’level certificate
• Two photocopies of birth certificate or statutory declaration of age
• Two passport-sized photographs
