FUEZ Matriculation Gown Collection Notice for 2025/2026 Students

The management of the Federal University of Education, Zaria has released an official notice for all newly admitted undergraduate students on the collection of academic gowns for the 2025/2026 matriculation ceremony.

The notice states the fee, where students must collect the gown, and the time all matriculating students must be seated at the venue. The message is plain; every affected student is expected to follow it.

FUEZ academic gown fee

Newly admitted undergraduate students must pay N2,000 to obtain an academic gown for the matriculation ceremony.

The payment is to be made at ZAFEC Microfinance Bank. That payment comes first; gown collection follows after that step.

Where students will collect the gowns

The university directed students to collect their academic gowns at the Dean’s Office of each faculty.

That means each matriculating student is to go through the faculty Dean’s Office for collection. The instruction is Direct and tied to each faculty.

Seating time for matriculating students

The university also directed that all matriculating students must be seated at the venue by 8:30 a.m. before the ceremony begins.

Students who are part of the exercise are expected to take that time seriously; the notice leaves no gap on the required arrival time.

Students who want the full schedule can also check the FUEZ orientation and matriculation date for 2025/2026 newly admitted students.
