Federal University Gashua, FUGASHUA, has opened its postgraduate admission for the 2025/2026 academic session.

FUGASHUA postgraduate application fees

The application fees are grouped by programme type.

Fee by programme

• Ph.D.: N25,000
• M.Sc.: N20,000
• Professional Masters: N20,000
• Postgraduate Diploma, PGD: N10,000

How to apply for FUGASHUA postgraduate admission

Applications are to be completed through the FUGASHUA postgraduate application portal.

Application steps

• Visit the portal.
• Select the preferred course from the list. The filter box can be used for easier search.
• Click “More Information” to check the course requirements, then click “Apply.”
• Log in or register with a Google account.
• After login, click “Proceed to Application Form” to generate a payment invoice for the non-refundable fee.
• Follow the payment steps on the page.
• After payment, complete the form, preview the entries, and submit.
• The “Update Form” button can be used to make changes before final submission.

Transcript and eligibility notes

The university directed applicants to request their previous institutions to send academic transcripts directly to pgsecretary@fugashua.edu.ng before the closing date.

The notice also states these points:

• candidates awaiting results are not eligible
• candidates who have not completed the NYSC programme are not eligible
• statements of result must not be uploaded
• the university will not be liable for mistakes arising from erroneous applications

FUGASHUA postgraduate admission deadline

The sale of forms closes on Friday, 15 May 2026.

That date is fixed in the notice; applicants who want a place need to complete the process before the portal Window closes.
