IAUE Post UTME/Direct Entry Form for 2026/2027 Admission

Ignatius Ajuru University of Education, IAUE, has invited UTME and Direct Entry candidates to register for the 2026/2027 admission exercise.

The registration portal opens on Monday, 18 May 2026, and closes on Sunday, 14 June 2026. Candidates who scored 150 and above in the UTME can apply, including those who did not choose IAUE but now wish to seek admission into the university.

IAUE Post UTME/DE Registration Fee

The registration fee is ₦2,000 only.

Candidates should complete the registration online through the university portal. The school will match candidates’ details with JAMB records, so every applicant should enter correct information and avoid errors during registration.

How To Register For IAUE Post UTME/DE

Candidates should register through the Ignatius Ajuru University of Education website.

The process starts from the admission menu on the university website. Applicants should use a valid email address because the portal sends login details to the email supplied during registration.

To register, candidates should:

1. Visit the IAUE website.
2. Open the Admission menu.
3. Click “Undergraduate Studies”.
4. Click “2026/2027 UTME/DE Screening Registration Portal”.
5. Select “Register for 2026/2027 Session UTME/DE Screening”.
6. Enter the JAMB registration number.
7. Click “Register”.

Steps For First-Choice Candidates

First-choice candidates will see their details after entering the JAMB registration number.

They should confirm the details, enter their phone number and email address, then submit. The portal will send login details to the registered email address; candidates who miss or forget the password can check the same email for the details.

Steps For Candidates Who Changed To IAUE

Candidates who changed their school to IAUE should click the UTME registration button on the portal.

A form will appear, and the candidate should fill it fully before submission. The portal will send the login details to the email address used during registration, so the email must be valid and accessible.

Candidates who used awaiting results during JAMB registration should upload their O’Level results on the JAMB portal. They should also upload the same results on the IAUE portal.

Payment And Final Submission

After receiving the login details, candidates should log in with the username and password sent to their email or phone.

The portal will ask them to change the password. After saving the new password, candidates should pay the screening fee, update their personal data, submit the form and print the registration slip.

The payment steps are:

1. Click “Pay Screening Fees”.
2. Click “Pay for UTME Registration”.
3. Generate the invoice.
4. Confirm the invoice.
5. Click “Proceed to Pay”.
6. Pay through the Paystack platform.
7. Return to the portal after payment.
8. Click “Update Personal Data”.
9. Fill all required fields.
10. Submit and print the registration slip.

IAUE states that card details are not stored on the portal. Candidates should save their login details because the username and password give them access to their profile.

IAUE Screening Exercise

The 2026/2027 screening exercise will run in hybrid mode.

Candidates will be invited to the university main campus at Rumuolumeni for O’Level or A’Level certificate verification, data screening, ranking and compulsory biometric validation. IAUE will announce further details, including date and venue, later.

Notice To Candidates And Parents

IAUE states that admission is free.

Candidates should report any demand for money for admission to the right authorities. Parents, guardians, well-wishers and other unauthorised persons will not be allowed at the screening centre during the exercise.
