About Fidelity Bank Plc
Fidelity Bank Plc began operations in 1988 as Fidelity Union Merchant Bank Limited. By 1990, it had set itself apart as the Fastest growing merchant bank in the country.

Requirements
Applicants must meet these conditions:
- Be 26 years of age or younger
- Have at least five credits in SSCE, including Mathematics and English Language
- Have completed the National Youth Service Corps, NYSC, programme
- Hold a Bachelor’s Degree, B.Sc., with a minimum of Second Class Lower (2:2), or hold an HND with Upper Credit
- Have a valid National Identification Number, NIN
- Have one extra means of identification, such as an International Passport, Voter’s Card, or Driver’s License
The bank also requires applicants to show these work-related strengths:
- A strong drive for sales
- The ability to negotiate and close deals effectively
- Confidence in speaking with customers, building relationships and winning business
- Sound credit awareness and strong analytical skills to support quality lending decisions
