Stanbic IBTC has opened the 2026 Digital Graduate Trainee Programme for young candidates with strong digital and technology skills. The programme aims to identify and attract digitally savvy applicants, then equip them to support the Group’s future digital and technology goals.

Who can apply
Applicants must meet these requirements:
- A minimum of Second Class Upper, or its equivalent, in an Information Technology-related course from an accredited university
- At least five credits in GCE, NECO, or an equivalent result, including Mathematics and English
- Applicant must not be more than 26 years old at engagement
- Applicant must have completed NYSC and hold the discharge certificate
- Date of birth, gender, and class of degree must be clearly stated
