Kano State Poly PGD Resumption Notice, Registration Deadline

Kano State Polytechnic has announced the commencement date for Postgraduate Diploma lectures.

The notice came from the School of Continuing Education and Postgraduate Studies and it addresses newly admitted students in the PGD programmes. For those already admitted, the message is plain; lectures will begin on Friday, 17 April 2026.

The School of Continuing Education and Postgraduate Studies stated that lectures for newly admitted Postgraduate Diploma students will commence on Friday, 17 April 2026.

That date now gives affected students a firm point to prepare for classes.

Application portal and registration closing date

While the application portal is still open, the school also stated that both the portal and the registration exercise will close on 30 April 2026.

For PGD candidates, that means two dates matter at once; the lecture start date and the final day for portal access and registration.

This notice is for newly admitted students into the Postgraduate Diploma programmes at Kano State Polytechnic.

The update came through the School of Continuing Education and Postgraduate Studies, often referred to as SCEPS.
