Kwara State Polytechnic, Ilorin, has invited qualified candidates to apply for admission into its National Diploma (ND) part-time programmes for the 2026/2027 academic session.

The form is for applicants seeking a two-year ND part-time course at the Polytechnic, and every candidate has to check the course list, O’Level rules, payment guide, and closing date before filling the form. Small mistake, big delay.

The ND part-time programmes run for two years only.

Kwara State Polytechnic ND Part-Time Admission Requirements

Applicants for the ND part-time programmes must have at least five O’Level credit passes in relevant subjects.

The accepted results are SSCE, GCE, NECO, SAISSCE (NBAIS), and NABTEB, and the credits must be obtained at not more than two sittings. English Language and Mathematics are compulsory for every applicant seeking admission into any programme at the Polytechnic.

The other three subjects must match the chosen course.

Who Should Not Apply

Applicants sitting for the 2026 Ordinary Level examinations are not eligible for admission.

Candidates awaiting Ordinary Level results should not apply for the Kwara State Polytechnic ND Part-Time admission form, since the school expects applicants to already have the required O’Level results before applying.

How to Apply for Kwara State Polytechnic ND Part-Time Admission Form

Application for admission is fully online.

Candidates should visit the Kwara State Polytechnic application portal, select the ND part-time application, and follow the instructions on the portal.

All ND part-time applicants are expected to upload their O’Level results during the application process. The Polytechnic will use the name entered during admission all through the programme, as change of name requests will not be entertained.

Application Fee and Payment Details

The processing fee for the Kwara State Polytechnic ND Part-Time admission form is Twenty Five Thousand Naira (N25,000.00).

This amount does not include bank charges or other transaction costs. Applicants should make payment through College Pay using a Debit Card, Master Card, or Prepaid Card.
