The Federal Government 3 Million Technical Talent (3MTT) Programme is open for applications for Cohort 3.
This initiative aims to train and place 30,000 Nigerians in technical roles during its first phase.

About the 3MTT Programme
The 3MTT Programme is a fellowship model designed in collaboration with NITDA.
The programme provides fully funded training for individuals interested in developing technical skills.
The first phase involves multiple stakeholders, including fellows, training providers, partners and placement organisations.
The programme's goal is to empower Nigerians with in-demand technical skills for local and global opportunities.

The first phase will focus on the following technical skills:
- Software Development.
- UI/UX Design.
- Data Analysis and Visualisation.
- Quality Assurance.
- Product Management.
- Data Science.
- Animation.
- AI and Machine Learning.
- Cybersecurity.
- Game Development.
- Cloud Computing.
- DevOps.
Benefits of the Programme
Participants will receive a fully paid scholarship to learn technical skills.

The training will last for three months.
