In an interview with reporters, she disclosed that she enrolled in the Sandwich programme to ward off boredom and gain additional knowledge. She stated that she is a retired officer who had worked in several countries across the globe before retiring in Nigeria.

Her story serves as a beacon of hope, reminding everyone present at the Unilag 50th (2018) Convocation Day One and hopefully all those reading it, that it is never too late to dream or achieve greatness.

The entire University of Lagos community wishes Madam Okonji Bridget Obiageli and all graduating students of the 2017/2018 academic session, the very best in their future endeavours.
