The Postgraduate School, Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba-Akoko (AAUA), invites applications from qualified candidates for admission into its Full-Time and Sandwich Postgraduate Programmes for the 2024/2025 academic session.

Programmes and Duration

Postgraduate Diploma Degree Programmes

Open to both full-time and part-time students.
Full-time candidates must complete the programme in a minimum of one year (two semesters) and a maximum of two years (four semesters).
Sandwich students must complete the programme in a minimum of two years (four semesters) and a maximum of three years (six semesters).

Master's Degree Programmes

Full-time candidates must complete the programme in a minimum of one and a half years (three semesters) and a maximum of three years (six semesters).
Sandwich candidates must complete the programme in a minimum of two years (four semesters) and a maximum of four years (eight semesters).

Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) Programmes

Full-time candidates must complete the programme in a minimum of three years (six semesters) and a maximum of five years (ten semesters).
Sandwich candidates must complete the programme in a minimum of four years (eight semesters) and a maximum of six years (twelve semesters).

Application Procedure

To apply, candidates must log on to the AAUA Postgraduate Admission Portal.

Prepare for JAMB, WAEC, NECO, BECE, NCEE and Post UTME

Practise CBT Exams on Mobile or PC

Prepare for Post UTME, WAEC, NECO, JAMB UTME, Junior WAEC (BECE) and Common Entrance (NCEE) with the MySchoolGist CBT App and Software. Use it on Android, iPhone or Windows to practise past questions anytime.

Alternative admission via JUPEB/IJMB programmes (SPONSORED)

Pay the application fee of ₦20,000 online using a debit card on the Etranzact Credo Platform.

After payment, complete and submit the application form online.

Print a copy of the application form for submission.

Submit a hard copy of the printed application form to the intended department and two additional hard copies to the Secretary, Postgraduate School.

Additional Requirements

Candidates in regular employment must submit a formal letter of release for Postgraduate Studies issued by their employer along with their application.

Applicants who are not graduates of Adekunle Ajasin University must request their previous institutions to forward academic transcripts directly to the Secretary, Postgraduate School.
