ABSU 30th Optometry Induction and Oath-Taking Ceremony

Abia State University (ABSU) has released details for its 30th Induction and Oath-Taking Ceremony for graduating Doctors of Optometry.
The notice, shared from the office of the Registrar, explains that the Vice-Chancellor, Professor Ndukwe J. Okeudo, invites the academic community, parents, guardians and members of the public to attend. The event marks a key step for each graduate as they move into professional practice.

The ceremony will hold on Friday, 12 December 2025, at the University Auditorium on the main campus in Uturu. The start time is 11:00 a.m.
Guests are encouraged to be seated by 10:30 a.m. before the Vice-Chancellor's procession enters the hall. This helps the programme run in an orderly way and keeps each part of the event clear for those present.
