ABSU Freshers Orientation Exercise Schedule 2025

Abia State University (ABSU) has adjusted the date for the orientation programme for first-year students.

The event was initially set for 14th March 2025 but will now hold on separate dates at different locations.

Orientation Schedule

Uturu Campus

• Date – Thursday, 20th March 2025
• Venue – University Auditorium
• Time – 10:00 am

Umuahia Location

• Date – Friday, 21st March 2025
• Venue – Auditorium, Umuahia location
• Time – 10:00 am

Faculty Allocation

• Faculty of Law and Faculty of Agriculture students will attend the orientation at Umuahia location.
• All other students will have their programme at Uturu Campus.

Attendance Instructions

• The orientation is mandatory for all regular first-year students.
• Students must be seated by 9:30 am before the arrival of the Vice-Chancellor.
