ABUTH SHIM Orientation and Matriculation Schedule 2026

The Ahmadu Bello University Teaching Hospital (ABUTH) School of Health Information Management in Zaria has shared a new schedule for its introductory events for fresh students.

The Academic Planning and Quality Assurance Unit released the update through a memo with reference number ABUTH/SHIM/APQA/003. The notice explains the revised dates and confirms that attendance is required for all new students.

The Orientation Programme will take place on Tuesday 13 January 2026. The Matriculation Ceremony will follow the next day, Wednesday 14 January 2026. Both events are planned for new students and staff of the School of Health Information Management. The updated schedule replaces the earlier dates that were postponed.

The memo from the Coordinator, Ibrahim Nasiru Alu, notes that attendance will be recorded. The school encourages students to take part so they can settle into their studies with a clear understanding of the support units and expectations on campus.
