ACHCONSA Post UTME Form for 2025/2026 Admission

The Archbishop Charles Heerey Memorial College of Nursing Sciences, Aba (ACHCONSA) has begun accepting applications for Post-UTME screening for the 2025/2026 academic session. This gives qualified candidates a chance to apply for nursing and health-related training at one of Nigeria's recognised colleges of nursing.

Meet the entry requirements for Post-UTME

To qualify for the ACHCONSA screening, you must meet these conditions:

• Score at least 100 marks in the 2025 JAMB UTME
• Your JAMB subject combination must include English, Biology, Chemistry and Physics
• Choose ACHCONSA as your first or second choice during JAMB registration
• Have at least five credits in any of WAEC, NECO, NABTEB or their equivalent
  • Subjects must include: English, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry and Physics
  • These credits must be earned in no more than two sittings
• Be at least 17 years old

Only candidates who meet all these requirements should proceed with the application.

2. Click "Apply Now" to create an account
3. Check your email for an access code
4. Use the code to log in and complete the form
5. Make payment for the Post-UTME form fee of ₦25,000
   • Payments are strictly online through the college website
   • Do not pay into any personal account

Make sure your details are correct before you submit the form. Keep a copy of your payment and registration details for your records.

Avoid scams and stay updated
