Adamawa State College of Health Sciences and Technology, Michika (ASCOHT) has opened up the second round of its top-up admission for the 2025/2026 academic session. This programme is aimed at ND, HND and BSc holders in Community Health who want to get professionally licensed.

The training is already underway, but the school is still accepting new applications. So, if you're eligible and haven't applied yet, you still have a shot.

About the Programme

This top-up (or abridgement) course comes from the Community Health Practitioners Registration Board of Nigeria (CHPRBN). It gives qualified candidates a chance to earn a professional licence that allows them to practise legally as Community Health Practitioners across Nigeria.

To qualify, your ND, HND or BSc must come from a school approved by either NBTE or NUC. If your certificate ticks that box, you're good to go.

How To Apply

You'll need to:

  1. Pay at the bank using the details below.
  2. Take your payment receipt to the school bursary for clearance.
  3. Present the cleared receipt at the Programme Coordinator's office to collect the form.

That's it. No online forms or complex process.

Payment Details

Make sure you keep your teller or e-receipt safe. You'll need it to complete the application.
