What is the IJMB Programme?
The IJMB (Interim Joint Matriculation Board) programme is a twelve-month course designed to prepare candidates for admission into the second year (200 Level) of a university. This opportunity is available to those who meet the required standards, as approved by the Federal Government.

How to Apply for the ATBU IJMB Programme

To begin your application, visit the ATBU application portal at applicant.safapply.com/atbu.
Step 2: Create an Account
- Click on the IJMB application link.
- Use a valid email address to create an account.
Step 3: Complete Your Application
- Log in using your email and password.
- There are five sections to fill in the application form.
- Complete each section to proceed to the next.
- Save your progress to continue later if necessary.
Step 4: Make Payment
- Use a valid debit card or other available payment options on the portal.
- Pay the non-refundable application fee of Five Thousand Naira (N5,000).
- Note: Payment validates your application. Without payment, your application will be rejected.
