Auchi Polytechnic has announced the 26th to 29th Combined Convocation Ceremony.
This event will honour graduands from the 2018/2019 to 2021/2022 academic sessions.

Event Details
- Dates: Tuesday, 12th to Saturday, 16th November 2024
- Venue: Polytechnic Main Auditorium
Academic Outfit Collection
Graduands can collect academic outfits from their respective School Officers starting Monday, 11th November 2024.
The ceremonial gowns will be issued upon payment of ₦35,000.
This amount covers the following:
- Academic Gown (hire): ₦5,000
- Certificate: ₦20,000
- Scroll: ₦5,000
- Development Levy: ₦5,000

Convocation Schedule
- National Diploma (ND) Graduands: Thursday, 14th November 2024
- Higher National Diploma (HND) Graduands: Saturday, 16th November 2024
Graduands are required to return the ceremonial gowns to their School Officers immediately after the ceremony or by Monday, 18th November 2024.
A penalty of ₦1,000 per day will apply for late returns.
Convocation Lecture
The Convocation Lecture will take place on Friday, 15th November 2024.
- Time: 3:00 pm
- Venue: Main Auditorium
Academic Procession
The academic procession begins at 9:45 am on both Thursday, 14th November and Saturday, 16th November 2024.
Invited guests are expected to be seated by 9:30 am on both days.
Graduands are encouraged to participate fully in the scheduled events.
