Bowen University Supplementary Form into New Programmes 2018/19
Bowen University Supplementary admission form – The management of the Bowen University, Iwo, Osun State is now selling the application forms for admission into its NUC newly accredited programmes for the 2018/2019 academic session.
Bowen University has been granted approval by the National Universities Commission to commence the followingprogrammes with effect from 2018/2019 academic session:
i. Medical Laboratory Science – 5 sessions
ii. Public Health – 5 sessions
All programmes are based in the College of Health Sciences.
In this regard, applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates both within and outside the University who intend to study any of these programmes to apply in writing to the Registrar, Bowen University, attaching photocopy of the earlier letter of admission, for internal candidates, while external candidates are to visit the University website (www.bowenuniversity.edu.ng) to complete the online admission form and then come to the University for screening exercise.
Bowen University Supplementary Admission Requirements
Candidates must possess five O’ Level credits to include: English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology with O’level Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination (SSSCE) or O’level General Certificate of Education or its equivalents and must have taken the 2018 JAMB Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME)

Candidates are required to come along with the original and photocopies of the following:
a) O’ level Results
b) UTME Result & Registration Slip
c) Choice of Institution Slip
d) Birth Certificate
e) On-line or Off-line Acknowledgement Card
