Brainfill Polytechnic Matriculation Ceremony 2022/2023
Brainfill Polytechnic, Akwa Ibom State, invites all to its 2022/2023 matriculation ceremony. The week-long event, starting 14th May 2023, includes a thanksgiving service, lecture, cultural day, rag day, football tournament, and culminates with the matriculation day.
Brainfill Polytechnic, Ikot Ekpene, Akwa Ibom State, is set to celebrate a milestone event that marks the formal acceptance of new students into the institution. The management, staff, students and the general public are cordially invited to the 2022/2023 academic session matriculation ceremony. The event is a week-long celebration filled with activities that promote academic curiosity, cultural awareness, and sportsmanship.
Thanksgiving Service: A Holy Start
The week commences on Sunday, 14th May, 2023, at 9 a.m with a Thanksgiving service at The Apostolic Church, Ikono Rd, Ikot Ekpene. This service is a moment to give thanks and seek divine guidance for the new students embarking on their academic journey at Brainfill Polytechnic.
Matriculation Lecture: The Importance of Education
On Monday, 15th May, 2023, at 10 a.m, a Matriculation Lecture will be held at the School Conference Hall. The lecture will explore various academic themes, inspiring the matriculating students about the importance of education and its role in personal and societal development.
Cultural Day: Embracing Diversity
Tuesday, 16th May, 2023, at 10 a.m marks the Cultural Day at the Matriculation Ground. This event will be a grand display of the rich cultural heritage of our diverse student population. It is an opportunity for students to showcase their unique cultures and learn about others, promoting unity in diversity.
Rag Day: A Time for Fun
On Wednesday, 17th May, 2023, the students will participate in a Rag Day. This fun-filled day is a traditional part of the matriculation week, allowing students to let loose and enjoy creative and humorous attire.
Inter-Faculty Football Tournament: The Spirit of Sportsmanship
Thursday, 18th May, 2023 is dedicated to the finale of the Inter-Faculty Football Tournament. This event will bring together students from different faculties, encouraging teamwork, sportsmanship, and friendly competition.
Matriculation Day: The Formal Induction
The week’s events will culminate on Friday, 19th May, 2023, at 10 a.m with the Matriculation Day at the Matriculation Ground. This is the day when the new students officially become part of the Brainfill Polytechnic family. The event will include the matriculation oath-taking and presentation of matriculation certificates.
