Benue State University of Agriculture, Science and Technology (BSUAST) is calling for applications into its one-year Pre-Science and Remedial Science programme for the 2025/2026 academic session.

The school, established by the state government in 2024 and licensed by the National Universities Commission in 2025, was set up with a broad mission: teaching across agriculture, sciences, health, computing and engineering. Now, it has opened this pathway programme to prepare candidates for full degree study.

Entry Rules for BSUAST Pre-Science/Remedial Science Admission

Applicants must have at least four credit passes at O'Level (WASSCE, SSCE, GCE or equivalent). The credits must cover:

English Language
Mathematics or Further Mathematics
Chemistry or Physics
Biology or Agricultural Science

This is the minimum needed before a candidate can be considered.
