About the Carrington Youth Fellowship Initiative (CYFI)

Carrington Fellowship Programme
The Carrington Fellowship is a one-year community-based training programme designed for entry and mid-level professionals. Selected applicants will enhance their leadership, communication and project management abilities while expanding their network and receiving valuable mentorship. This programme is open to passionate youths from all 36 states of Nigeria.
