Centenary College of Health Science and Tech Admission Form 2021/2022

Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into the Centenary College of Health Science and Technology Emohua (CCHSTE) various ND programmes for the 2021/2022 academic session.

Centenary College of Health Science and Technology Courses and Admission Requirements

1. SCIENCE LABORATORY TECHNOLOGY
   • GCE O Level, WASE, SSCE or ITS Equivalent with Credits in English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry and Physics plus Pass in JAMB.
2. COMMUNITY HEALTH TECHNOLOGY
   • GCE O Level, WASC, SSCE or ITS Equivalent with Credits in English Language, Biology and any 2 subjects from Chemistry, Physics, Geography, Food & Nutrition, 2 Social Science subjects and at least a pass in Mathematics, plus pass in JAMB.
3. EMERGENCY MEDICAL TECHNOLOGY (EMT)
   • GCE O Level, with minimum of five(5) credits in English Language, Mathematics, Biology and any other two subjects from Chemistry, Health Science, Economics or Geography etc.
4. PUBLIC HEALTH TECHNOLOGY
   • GCE O Level, WASC, SSCE or ITS Equivalent with credits in English Language, Mathematics, Biology and Chemistry.
5. ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH TECHNOLOGY (EHT)
   • Minimum of lower credit in ND, EHT as well as Minimum SSCE requirements for ND, EHT and evidence of at least 3 months Post-ND SIWES
6. HEALTH INFORMATION MANAGEMENT TECHNOLOGY
   • GCE O Level, WASC, SSCE or ITS equivalent with credit in English Language, Mathematics, Biology or Health Science and either Chemistry or Physics plus pass in JAMB
7. MEDICAL IMAGING TECHNOLOGY
   • Minimum of lower credit in Darkroom Technician as well as five(5)  O-Level credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Health Science. The above requirements is for Direct Entry Admission while fresh applications must possess a minimum of five credit passes in WAEC, GCE or NECO which must include English Language, Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics and Biology/Health Science plus pass in JAMB
8. BIOMEDICAL ENGINEERING TECHNOLOGY
   • GCE O Level, WASC, SSCE or ITS Equivalent with credits which mist include English Language, Biology and other two subjects in Economics, Commerce, Geography, Government, C.R.S, Account, Social Studies, Agricultural Sciences, Health Science/Biology, Home Economics/Home Management and at least a pass in Mathematics plus pass in JAMB.
9. DISPENSING OPTICIARY TECHNOLOGY
   • GCE O Level, WASC, SSCE or ITS Equivalent with credits which mist include English Language, Biology and other two subjects in Economics, Commerce, Geography, Government, C.R.S, Account, Social Studies, Agricultural Sciences, Health Science/Biology, Home Economics/Home Management and at least a pass in Mathematics plus pass in JAMB.
