CHST, Tsafe Diploma Admission Form 2025/2026

The College of Health Sciences and Technology, Tsafe, tucked along Gusau-Zaria road in Zamfara, has opened the gate for Diploma applications. If you’ve got plans to work in the health field but don’t have the higher-level qualifications yet, this is a good place to start.

The form is out. The deadline is set. So, if you’re serious, let’s cut to it.

What You Can Study

These are the Diploma programmes they’re running this year:

• Community Health (Re-trainee) – 2 years
• Dental Surgery Technology (Conversion) – 1 year
• Professional Diploma in Health Information Management – 3 years

Each one sits under a different school inside the college. Whether you’re just retraining or trying to switch fields, there’s a place to fit in.

Who Can Apply?

To qualify, you must have five credit passes in the following subjects:

• English Language
• Mathematics
• Biology
• Chemistry
• Physics

You’re allowed two sittings, no more. If you’re unsure about your results, double-check before jumping into the form.

How To Apply Without Fuss

Here’s a simple step-by-step:

1. Go to the application page
2. Carefully read the instructions
3. Fill out the form
4. Pay the ₦6000 fee online
5. Submit it and you’re done

Form opens: Thursday, 24 July 2025

Closes: Friday, 24 September 2025
