College of Health Sciences and Technology Tsafe has started selling its HND admission form for the 2025 session. This piece covers who can apply, the available courses and how to submit your form before the deadline.

CHST Tsafe 2025 HND Form Is Out: Here's How To Apply

If you're eyeing a spot at the College of Health Sciences and Technology, Tsafe this year, now's your chance. The school has thrown open its HND admission for the 2025/2026 academic session. Applications are now live and if you're serious about public or dental health, you'll want to keep reading.

Courses You Can Apply For

The college offers two Higher National Diploma (HND) programmes this year. Both run for two years:

Prepare for JAMB, WAEC, NECO, BECE, NCEE and Post UTME

Practise CBT Exams on Mobile or PC

Prepare for Post UTME, WAEC, NECO, JAMB UTME, Junior WAEC (BECE) and Common Entrance (NCEE) with the MySchoolGist CBT App and Software. Use it on Android, iPhone or Windows to practise past questions anytime.

Environmental Health Technology (School of Public Health Sciences)
Dental Therapy (School of Dental Health Sciences)

These aren't starter-level courses, so you'll need to show you've got the basics down.

What You Need Before You Apply

To stand a chance, here's what you must have:

Five credit passes in your O'Level results (WAEC, NECO or similar)
The subjects must include English, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry and Physics
You can combine two sittings, but no more than that

Where To Apply And How

The process is fully online. No running around, no paper forms. Just follow these steps:

Go to the official application portal
Read the requirements again so you don't miss anything
Fill out the form carefully
Pay the ₦6000 application fee
Submit your form before the closing date

Application starts: Thursday, 24 July 2025

Deadline: Friday, 24 September 2025
