O'Level Credits: You must have five credits in O'Level exams at not more than two sittings. The subjects required are Mathematics, English, Chemistry, Physics and Biology.
Age Requirement: You must be at least 17 years old at the time of purchasing the form.
Result Eligibility: Candidates with awaiting results are not eligible. NABTEB results can only be combined with another NABTEB result to meet the required subjects.
