Kano College of Nursing Community Nursing Form 2025/2026

If you’ve been waiting for something real to kickstart your nursing journey, this might be it. The Kano State College of Nursing Sciences just opened the gates for the Community Nursing programme across its campuses in Kano, Madobi, Dambatta and Gwarzo.

And yes, it’s official.

Who’s This For?

They didn’t mention age limits or JAMB scores this time. Just your O’Level results matter here.

To apply, you need five credit passes—no more than two sittings—in these:

• English
• Maths
• Physics
• Chemistry
• Biology

So, if you’ve got your WAEC or NECO ready and intact, you’re already halfway there.

Dates You Shouldn’t Miss

• Form Sales Begin: Friday, 1st August 2025
• Application Closes: Friday, 29th August 2025

And unlike some other programmes that let you apply from the comfort of your couch, this one expects you to get the form physically at the college’s main campus. Old-school? A bit. But if it gets the job done…

Still, the actual application happens online. Once you grab the form, do this:

1. Visit conskano.edu.ng/portal
2. Click Apply
3. Follow the simple instructions
4. Pay only through REMITA on their official website

No middlemen, no funny links.

Just One More Thing…

People will try to trick you. They’ll pose as agents or “helpers” offering to handle your application—for a fee, of course.

Don’t fall for it.

All payments go online, and the school made it clear. If someone asks you for money to “help” you apply, walk away.
