College of Nursing Sciences, Tambuwal Post UTME Form for 2025/2026 ND/HND Nursing Admission

The College of Nursing Sciences, Tambuwal, Sokoto State, has opened its portal for the 2025/2026 admission into the ND and HND Nursing programmes. Sales of the post-UTME form started on 3 July 2025 and will close on 11 August 2025.

Only candidates with a valid 2025 JAMB result and who selected the college as their first choice can apply.

What You Must Have

To qualify, you need:

• At least five credits in English, Maths, Biology, Chemistry and Physics from WAEC, NECO or NABTEB. You can combine results, but not from more than two sittings.
• A valid JAMB score from 2025.
• JAMB subject combination must be Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
• Scanned copies of the following, ready to upload:
  • JAMB result slip
  • JAMB change of institution slip
  • O'Level results
  • A recent passport photo
  • Signature
  • Make sure your O'Level result is uploaded on JAMB CAPS

How to Apply Online

You'll complete the entire application on the school portal. It's simple enough if you follow the steps.

1. Go to the Tambuwal Nursing Portal.
2. Click "Start New Application" and read the instructions.
3. Fill in your info and confirm your email through the link sent to your inbox.
4. Log in, then generate your invoice.
5. Click "Pay Now" to pay through the approved channels.
6. After payment, log in again. Upload your documents and fill out the form.
7. Print your acknowledgement slip and receipt. Keep them safe.

  • Time: 7:00am
• Results Out: 21 August 2025
• Oral Interview: 25 to 27 August 2025
  • Venue: Muritala Hospital, Unguwar Rogo, Sokoto
  • Time: 8:00am to 4:00pm
• Final List of Admitted Students: 1 September 2025
• Registration: 2 September to 5 October 2025
• Lectures Begin: 20 October 2025

A Quick Word of Warning

The college does not work with agents. Admission is by merit only. Don't give money to anyone promising you "special help". All payments must go through the school's official channels. If you lose money to a third party, the college won't be responsible.
