[COOU] ANSU Clearnace Documents & Procedure 2020/2021

This is to inform all the candidates offered provisional admission into the Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University (COOU) Degree programmes during the 2020/2021 academic session and have paid the stipulated admission acceptance fee that they are to proceed with clearance.

Below are the list of documents required and how to go about the clearance exercise.

• O'level Result
• Jamb Result Slip
• COOU Post Utme Screening Acknowledgement Slip
• Admission Notification Slip.
• Acceptance Form
• COOU School Fees Receipt
• Local Government Identification Letter.
• Birth Certificate/affidavit of Age Declaration
• Student Profile Update
• Letter of Attestation
• Letter of Undertaking

PLEASE NOTE:

• Photocopy each of the above mentioned documents three and get an office flat file for each of them.
• Your O'LEVEL result must not be original but I advise you get original jamb result.
• Then buy three office flat file and arrange each of them in the format given to you by your faculty officer.

COOU Order of Filling and Submitting of (6) Files For Fresher's Only.

Go to School Bookshop and buy six (6) files

Name the files as follows:

• Exams
• Admission
• HOD
• Student Affair
• Faculty
• Medical Unit

Arrange the following and put inside the files

1. O'Level Result
2. Clearance Note
3. JAMB Admission Letter (Original in Faculty File)
4. JAMB Result Slip
5. School Fees Online Payment Reciept
6. School Fees Remita Retrieval Reference and the Bank Teller
7. Acceptance Fee Remita Retrieval Reference and the Bank Teller
8. Personal Data Form
9. Acceptance of Offer of Admission
10. Students Medical Exam Form
11. Cult Rejection Form
12. Letter of Undertaking
13. University Pledge
14. Letter of Attestation
15. Identification Letter from L.G.A
16. Certificate of Birth
17. Course Registration Form (Original in Exam File)
18. One (1) Passport Photograph on each file

NB: Kindly submit the file to the appropriate officer as indicated.
