Participants will experience both classroom and practical learning that combines business principles with operational insights. The programme's structure mirrors the intensity of an MBA while offering hands-on exposure across plants, depots and corporate functions.

• Complete a one-month classroom session covering business strategy, leadership, economic analysis and cement operations.
