The applicant must be a student of a Delta State-owned university listed below:

Other eligibility requirements

An applicant must:

• Be of Delta State origin
• Be between 18 and 35 years of age
• Be in 200 Level, 300 Level or penultimate year
• Have a minimum CGPA of 2.5
• Have a bankable business idea; the key idea must be clear and Specific
