EKSU Pharmacy Programme Admission Form 2024/2025

Ekiti State University (EKSU), Ado-Ekiti, invites UTME candidates to apply for admission into the newly approved Pharmacy programme. The application is open to those who meet the requirements and participate in the screening process.

Eligibility

• Candidates must have a minimum score of 240 in the 2024 UTME.
• Candidates must have five credit passes in WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB in not more than two sittings.
• Required subjects are English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.
• JAMB subject combination must include Use of English, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.

Candidates who did not choose EKSU as their first-choice institution must update their JAMB CAPS to make EKSU their first choice.

Application Instructions

Step-by-Step Process

1. Visit the EKSU Online Application Portal (https://eksuportal.eksu.edu.ng).
2. Click on “ADMISSION” to access the application page.
3. Sign up by providing the required details, including an active email address and phone number.
4. Check your email for a verification link and confirm your account.
5. Log in using your email or JAMB registration number as the username and the password created during sign-up.
6. Select “2024/2025 PUTME application” on your dashboard.
7. Provide your JAMB registration number.
   • For those who chose EKSU, details will populate automatically.
   • Others must input all required details manually.
8. Click on “PAY NOW” to make the required payment for the PUTME screening form.
9. Complete the application form and upload a 1″ x 1″ coloured passport photograph with a red background in JPEG format.
10. Upload details of O’Level results obtained in WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB.
11. Review your application, confirm the details, submit the form, and print the completed screening form.

• Participation in the screening process is mandatory.
• Candidates found providing false information will be automatically disqualified.
• Ensure all information provided is accurate and up to date.
