As a Graduate Trainee at EY, you will participate in various engagements across different industry sectors where EY is a market leader. Requirements

EY is looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

• Educational Background: Graduates from Accounting, Finance, Economics, Actuarial Sciences, Computer Sciences, Mathematics and related fields.
• National Youth Service: Must have completed the mandatory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC).
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
• IT Proficiency: Skilled in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Motivation: High level of motivation and drive to start a career in professional services.
• Academic Performance: A minimum of a second class upper degree.
• Professional Qualifications: Certifications such as CPA, ACCA, CIMA and other relevant qualifications are advantageous.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to Detail: Commitment to high quality and accuracy.
• Service Line Interest: Demonstrable interest in EY's core service lines of Assurance, Consulting, Strategy & Transactions and Tax.
