FCE Okene - EKSU degree admission form 2026

Federal College of Education, Okene, in affiliation with Ekiti State University, Ado-Ekiti, has announced the start of admission into its 2026 degree programme.

The school is inviting suitably qualified candidates to apply for undergraduate courses across Science, Education, Social Sciences, Management Sciences and Arts. The notice sets out the available courses, entry requirements, application fee, deadline and contact lines; it gives applicants a clear path to begin.

The 2026 degree admission covers several subject areas.

B.Sc. Education science courses

The science-based education courses are:

• Biology
• Chemistry
• Mathematics
• Agricultural Science
• Computer Science
• Home Economics
• Human Kinetics and Health Education
• Health Education
• Library and Information Science

B.Ed. education courses

The education courses listed are:

• Guidance and Counselling
• Social Studies
• Educational Management
• Adult Education
• Basic Science
• Early Childhood Education

B.Sc. Education social and management sciences

The social and management science options are:

• Accounting
• Economics
• Geography
• Political Science
• Business Education

B.A. Education art courses

The arts courses include:

• English
• French
• History
• Yoruba
• Christian Religious Studies
• Islamic Studies
• Arabic Studies
• Music
• Fine and Applied Arts

Entry requirements

The school gave separate requirements for the 4-year and 5-year programme.

4-year programme requirements

Candidates must have:

• Credit or Merit in at least two NCE subjects
• Five O’Level credits, including English Language and Mathematics

5-year programme requirements

Candidates must have:

• Five O’Level credits in not more than two sittings
• English Language and Mathematics as part of the credits

The notice also states that NCE or OND holders may apply.

Course-specific requirements

Some courses carry extra subject conditions.

The school stated the following:

• Mathematics is compulsory for all Science courses
• English Education requires Literature in English
• Agricultural Science requires Chemistry
• Social Science courses may require relevant subject credits
• NCE holders may apply for advanced placement in some programmes

How to apply

Interested candidates are to pay a non-refundable application fee of N6,000 through the FCE Okene EKSU degree admission portal.

After payment, applicants are expected to complete the online form, upload the required credentials, and submit printed copies. The printed submission also comes with a documentation fee of N2,500.

Application deadline

The deadline for the application is 31 July 2026.

Applicants who plan to apply need to keep that date in view; the schedule is plain.
