FCT College of Nursing Sciences Admission List 2023/2024

FCT College of Nursing Sciences, Gwagwalada-Abuja, is excited to announce the release of the Basic Nursing Programme admission list for May 2023. The candidates listed have been granted admission into the College’s esteemed Basic Nursing Programme.

Admission Formalities and Requirements

Admitted candidates are required to report to the Principal’s office with specified documents to obtain their admission letters. The documents include:

• Electronic receipt of payment of the Acceptance Fee
• Admission letter
• Birth Certificate
• State of Origin certificate
• Primary School Leaving Certificate
• WAEC/NECO/NABTEB Certificate
• Secondary School Testimonial

Candidates are to bring along both the originals and photocopies of these documents for verification and file opening in the school.

Acceptance Fee and Resumption

Admitted candidates must make an Acceptance Fee payment of Fifty Thousand (N50,000.00) Naira only. This payment receipt should be presented at the school to be converted into a treasury receipt. Resumption and registration will commence from the 5th of June 2023. It’s important to note that failure to resume two weeks after the resumption date, specifically by the 19th of June 2023, may result in the forfeiture of the admission.

Please be aware that accommodation spaces are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Payment Process on the Remita Platform

To make your Acceptance Fee payment, follow these steps:

1. Visit www.remita.net (https://www.remita.net/)
2. Click on “Pay TSA & States”
3. Select “FEDERAL CAPITAL TERRITORY ADMIN”
4. Click on “who do you want to pay” and choose FCT Health and Human Services Secretariat.
5. Select “name of service/purpose” and choose “ACCEPTANCE FEE”
6. Enter other payment details as required and click “SUBMIT” to generate Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR).
7. Use the RRR at any bank branch of your choice to complete your payment.
