Federal Poly Idah Requirements for Collection of Statement of Results

The management of the Federal Polytechnic Idah (FPI) has released the procedure and requirements for the collection of ND and HND statement of results.

FOR ND

1. Application letter for collection of Statement of Result through the HOD
2. Duly Signed Clearance from all the units concerned
3. Final Documentation Clearance from Admission Office (photocopy) Note that all payments are made through remitta except that of Alumni (see account no. for Alumni below)
4. Attachment of the following evidence of payments (receipts)
   1. Statement of result(N2,500.00)
   2. Certificate for ND (N5,000.00)
   3. Brochure (N3,000.00)
   4. FPI Alumni Association Membership (N5,000.00 A/C No. 1022154441 (UBA IDAH)
5. A written application for collection of certificate different from that of Statement of Result to the Registrar (not through Head of Department)

FOR HND

1. Application letter for collection of Statement of Result through the HOD
2. Duly Signed Clearance from all the units concerned
3. Final Documentation Clearance from Admission Office (photocopy)
   Note that all payments are made through remitta except that of Alumni (see account No. for Alumni below)
4. Attachment of the following evidence of payments (receipts)
   1. Statement of result (N2,500,00)
   2. Certificate for ND and HND (N10,000,00) for those that did their ND in this Polytechnic
   3. Brochure (N3,000.00)
   4. FPI Alumni Association Membership (N5,000.00 A/C No. 1022154441 (UBA IDAH)
5.  A written application for collection of certificate(s) different from that of statement of Result to the Registrar (not through Head of Department)
