FEDPONAS Part-Time ND and HND Admission Form for 2026/2027

Federal Polytechnic, Nasarawa has opened its part-time ND and HND admission form for the 2026/2027 academic session. The school invites suitably qualified candidates to apply.

The programmes run for six semesters, with lectures fixed for weekends, mainly Fridays and Saturdays, so applicants can plan around work or other duties. That schedule gives the form its main appeal.

Federal Polytechnic, Nasarawa offers part-time National Diploma and Higher National Diploma programmes across engineering, environmental studies, business, management, social sciences, information, sciences and general studies. The form costs ₦15,000 only.

HND Part-Time Admission Requirements

Candidates seeking Higher National Diploma admission must hold a National Diploma in a relevant discipline from a recognised polytechnic, with at least a Lower Credit grade. They also need work experience.

The school requires a minimum of one year post-ND cognate work experience, plus five O’Level credit passes at not more than two sittings from GCE, WAEC, NECO or NABTEB. English Language and Mathematics must be part of those credits, along with three other subjects relevant to the chosen course.

ND Part-Time Admission Requirements

Candidates seeking National Diploma admission must possess an Ordinary Diploma or its equivalent in a relevant discipline. They also need the right O’Level subjects.

The required O’Level result must contain five credit passes at not more than two sittings from GCE, WAEC, NECO or NABTEB, including English Language and Mathematics. The remaining three credits must match the selected programme.

For part-time ND programmes, the notice did not state a regular competitive UTME examination as a selection requirement. Candidates still need to meet the stated entry conditions.

Candidates should visit the FEDPONAS application portal and use the application link on the site. The process starts online.

The part-time admission form attracts a non-refundable fee of ₦15,000 only, and applicants should complete every required field before submission. All applications must be submitted online not later than Friday, 24 July 2026.

Federal Polytechnic, Nasarawa set Friday, 24 July 2026, as the final date for submission of all part-time ND and HND applications. Candidates who plan to apply should finish the online process before that date.
